How to Place an Order
Select the products you want and add them to your cart.
Proceed to checkout using PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping details.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Discount field before payment.
Review your delivery information → provide payment details → click Complete Order.
Once your order is placed successfully, confirmation will appear on the website and will also be sent by email.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If your package contains the wrong item or something is missing, please contact support with:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After verification, the correct product will be sent at no extra cost.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email with your order number and purchase details will be sent after checkout. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Updating an Order
Order changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.
After this time, processing may already begin and changes may not be possible.

Shopping Cart Management

View Cart: Click the cart icon
Change Quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove Products: Click Remove

Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day they are placed. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be available.
