Order Processing

Most paid orders are prepared and shipped within five business days.

After the package leaves the fulfillment center, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days depending on destination, carrier route, and local delivery conditions.

Transit times may be affected by:

Shipping Cost

Address Changes

Address update requests must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.

After order processing begins, address corrections may no longer be available.

Different Delivery Address

Customers may enter a shipping address different from the billing address.

Fulfillment Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Weekend orders are generally handled on the next business day.
